Lindsay has used the 'Wet on Wet' Oil painting technique using
black painted
canvas and white canvas to give a different effect with the petals. The
photos do not give justice to the Black painted canvas as they appear to
have a velvet look about them when hung.
The colours are vibrant and eye
catching.
